    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ntuc Learninghub in April 2014.

    Interview

1: Phone call 3-4 days after application with a quick chat on the job and emphasis on the job location. HR was concerned about the work location being relatively far from my home.
2: Interview was arranged with Sales Managers of 2 separate teams. HR was not present. Focus was mainly on the past experience and some probing questions to see if you could fit in the team culture.
I would advise those with a proven track record in sales to bring along your commission sheets or payslips to show either a big commission payout or constant commission payouts.
No difficult questions, Sales Managers spent more time selling the company and job.
3: Phone call 5 days after interview with a job offer.
4: Met up with HR to sign documents where HR totally disregarded any questions and was closed to negotiations.

    Interview Questions

    • This job involves lots of administrative work. Are you prepared to take up such work?   Answer Question

    Negotiation

HR was totally not open to negotiation and was mainly interested in sealing the deal.
