I worked at Nu Skin part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is THE BEST company I've ever worked for. The management is very open to all communication and continually works to improve communication between management and staff. If you're willing to work hard (and I don't mean work your butt off) and take pride in your work, you can advance quickly to the right level for you.

    Cons

Lower levels of management can be VERY inexperienced. There is clearly some very dead weight that has been hanging on at entry level forever.
Not necessarily a Pro or Con, but the culture is very LDS, so something to be aware of.

    Advice to Management

    Better metrics at entry level.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Nu Skin in April 2017.

    Interview

The interview process was conducted via a video interview. Although I didn't get the job, my opinion of Nu Skin is that it is a class act in its consideration of candidates. The senior hiring manager called to let me know that I would not be moving forward in the interview process and offered some valuable feedback. In an environment where applicants often receive no response as to their status following an interview, Nu Skin's professionalism and consideration were very much appreciated.
