I have been working at at a clinic for eight years now. I have worked with numerous doctors and departments (all of which have given me high recommendations). However, management has done nothing but pile more responsibility on responsibility with in the last six months with little time off. Everything my team and I do is wrong. We never hear about the good we do. It’s stressful.
These systems are part of matrix. So sad in America that even in the health care system the employees don't get enough time off. This needs to change big time because this affects our society in so many ways. As humans we need time off...period!!! Money always gets in the way but it will change eventually for the better.
