I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nuclear Care Partners (Kennewick, WA) in Sep 2020

    Interview

I had a quick pre-interview over the phone with a recruiter. The next step was an online conference interview via Google. The interviewer was very straight forward and easy to talk to.

Employee Story
🌟Celebrating our July Be the Difference Winner - Muriel!🌟 Muriel assisted in getting one of our patients to the hospital after he was diagnosed with COVID-19 and stayed with him until he was discharged at 1:00am the following morning. Around 6:00am the same day, she was back at his house and had to make the difficult decision to send him back to the hospital, due to his health continuing to decline. Muriel went back to the hospital and stayed with him until he was sent home again. This patient does not have family in town, but Muriel stayed committed to him and stayed until late into the night. She was able to involve neighbors and members of her family to assist in his care regimen, as she could not do it alone. She stayed in constant communication with the patient's nurses and family, as well as NCP regarding the status of his health. She was his support and caregiver until a nurse was able to get there several days later. Muriel went above and beyond in caring for this patient to help him feel comforted during his battle with COVID. Thank you for making a difference, Muriel!
