    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Nucor Steel Marion (Columbus, OH) in September 2013.

    Interview

Went through 3 rounds of interviews total, one phone and two in-person. Not too challenging just persistent. First was a one-on-one, then a two person phone interview followed by a 7 person group interview onsite with a tour afterwards. There weren't any obscure questions that I've been asked before, but nonetheless a 7 person group interview can be a little intimidating, especially when trying to make visual contact with each person while answering questions.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Received an offer letter and was given the option to accept or reject.
