ProsI loved working at Nugget because of the people and the company culture. I learned a lot of great skills that apply to many different jobs I have had since then. I would 100% recommend anyone to work
ConsSometimes management was slightly inexperienced but overall they did a good job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nugget Market (United States) in Jan 2022
InterviewInterview process started with recruiter from the Corp office who asked me questions related to my experience and answered several questions I had. I left that experience with a very positive outlook about the company. I then interviewed with the Store Director. She was friendly, engaging, and clearly passionate about her job and the company. Nugget is a well organized, well-oiled machine and they clearly take time to recruit employees who will continue to uphold their brand standards. Every part of the process made me feel comfortable and I'm really glad I got the job because it is an awesome company and now I can say I work for them!
They asked me what my favorite movie was and why. I appreciated that their questions were trying to get to know more about me as a person and how I think vs. just talking about my experience as a cashier.Answer Question
