I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Numotion (New Orleans, LA).
Received a call to schedule a phone interview. This went well and I was told a face to face would be scheduled. After not hearing for 2 weeks, I called and was told I would be contacted in a few days. A face to face was scheduled about a week later. The interview was very relaxed and comfortable. After the face to face which I thought went well, I sent thank you emails. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I tried calling and got voicemail. I called again 3 days later and left a voicemail saying that I was checking on the status and would like to know one way or the other. No call. I left one final voicemail with no response. As a last resort I emailed the the person I interviewed with and the person who initially call me, thanking them for their time. No response. I was very disappointed with this company in that they weren't professional enough to even let a candidate know if they got the job or not and leave them waiting for 2 months. To not return phone calls or even emails is very unprofessional and rude.
