    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Nusenda full-time

There is always room to move up if you stick to your guns and really show the managers what you can do. You get a raise every year based on merit. They really try to hire people with great personalities so it is easy to get along with your co-workers.

Just like with any job in the service industry, you have to deal with people and their problems. Sometimes you have to strive harder than anyone else to get even a little bit of attention from the supervisors.

    Advice to Management

Management can vary depending on which location you are at. If you are managing a larger location, you need to be on top of your subordinates at all times. This means that all the little things they do might go unnoticed, especially if they are trying their hardest to move up.

    Bank Teller Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Albuquerque, NM

    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nusenda (Albuquerque, NM) in August 2015.

Did not receive an interview. Applied and never heard back even after referral to apply. I think you would have a good chance at receiving an interview if you had previous banking experience. They say they are willing to train people but I am not sure if that is necessarily true.

    Interview Questions

    • Are you bilingual? There is a big need for bilingual teller's based on the location in Albuquerque. I think you would have a better chance at an interview if you were bilingual.   Answer Question
