    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Nutricia (Rockville, MD) in February 2016.

    Interview

I was contacted by the recruiter two days after my initial interview to schedule a phone interview. Had a phone interview with the recruiter. It went very well. Two days later, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, Valu Ball. The hiring manager was actually ten minutes late in calling which I thought was totally unprofessionally. She discussed how she was leaving to go on maternity leave so the person who would be hired for this role must have an entrepreneurial attitude since there are not SOPs (standard operating procedures). I was surprised that she "worked" and "managed" for a large corporation like Nestle previously. I assume that she was in her nesting phase and was more interested in maintaining her contract worker. Very disappointed because I expected to speak with someone of a higher caliber. I'm definitely not interested in working for Nutricia. If my experience was a direct reflection one the company, I'm not sure how they manage to operate.
