What We Offer:
Summer Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program equips students to discover precisely what our tax and accounting projects entail – and to contribute to them in meaningful ways. You’ll leap right into real-world experience by conducting a market research assignment and presenting it to Firm leadership. You will also broaden your professional network by participating in community service and firm-sponsored social events. This eight-week program begins each June.
Winter Internship Program
Our Winter Internship Program immerses students in work alongside industry group specialists in authentic engagements with our clients in areas such as healthcare, cybersecurity, litigation, sports, non-profit and manufacturing. There’s no better way to explore a career with us than assisting our professionals in executing actual audit or tax projects. This 12-week program operates every year from January through April.

O'Connor Davies has maintained its family culture and feel while experiencing tremendous growth over the past few years. This is a firm that believes in its people, supports their initiatives and welcomes their input. The firm is extremely focused on collaboration and utilizing all of our experts to their fullest by sharing ideas and seeking out the best team possible to meet every client need thus allowing everyone to learn from experts and the client receiving the best service possible.
The Firm has gone through some growing pains as we have experienced this tremendous growth, however the firm has worked to address these over the past few years and has deepened its support services for the employees and is definitely continuing to improve the employee experience.
Advice to Management
Continue to support the future leaders of the firm. Support and encourage ideas from lower levels for everything from efficiencies, to IT solutions, to product development.
