Poor office management and communication
Advice to Management
Office management needs to learn professionalism and conduct in a manner that does not degrade others, not play favorites and learn proper communication skills.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at O'Donnell, Weiss & Mattei in January 2009.
First, was the phone interview going over the position and requirements and a few questions on salary requirements and skill. The second was face to face into a small conference room with office manager and partner. The office was homely and the receptionist did not come off as friendly or not friendly, just average. I did not see other people in the office.
Not much room in negotiating.
