  • Mdm Wong Kwai Ying (in pink), together with 55 OCBC staff volunteers and 54 vulnerable seniors and youths from Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities, Care Corner Singapore and Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore, were among the first to attend a preview of The Bicentennial Experience which showcases Singapore’s 200-year history.

For 69-year old Mdm Wong, the show brought back poignant memories of the 1960s, when Singapore had just gained independence. “We worked hard to provide for our families and grew with Singapore. I remember my family moving into our first HDB flat. We had water when we turned the tap and could provide for ourselves because there were jobs. We have come so far!”

That is why the element of Fair Dealing features prominently in our core values. Specifically, our value of ‘Integrity’ underscores Fair Dealing as the basis of our business.

We seek to deal fairly with our customers by:

Our employees are constantly reminded on the importance of Fair Dealing, which is further reinforced through their performance and compensation review framework. In addition, the other Fair Dealing-related processes, systems and policies across the organisation are periodically reviewed and enhanced to ensure their continued effectiveness in helping us deliver the desired customer outcomes.
