  • 50% of premature babies in intensive care are unable to get the treatment to survive – and the care to bring healthy babies home can be expensive and stressful for new parents. That's why we support March of Dimes Arizona’s annual fundraiser, the March for Babies walk. This year, our team walked to help raise money for this amazing cause. We raised over $10,700 dollars (and counting) through fundraising and joining the walk, making OH the number one fundraiser in the state!

The OH Partners internship program is a 10-week long, fully-immersive experience designed to prepare students for the fast-paced, ever-changing world of advertising. Whether you’re looking for a role in client services, PR, social media, graphic design, copywriting or another area of advertising, we want to equip you with real experience that you can actually use.

Real clients… With clients like Armor All, SRP, Gila River Hotels and Casinos, Arizona State Lottery, and Valley Metro, you can’t duplicate this experience in a classroom.

Paid… From the executive level to our interns, everybody at OH works hard and has an impact on results. For this reason, everybody gets paid for their time.

Priceless mentorships… Every intern is paired with a mentor who’s a veteran in the industry, to help navigate the lessons that can’t be taught in a classroom.

OH Partners has a passion for workplace culture and community.  The pillars that hold up our agency, both figuratively and literally painted on the office’s supporting columns, are our COHRE Values. One of the most important pillars is “community,” or believing in something bigger than ourselves and striving to serve one another and the world around us.

That’s why we launched “OH Cares” to improve the community through active volunteerism. OH Cares is steered by a 17-member committee that oversees all volunteer opportunities at the agency.

The CEO can grab a rake and work a community garden. The creative team can give blood. Account executives and social media and PR gurus can help with the food drive. Your title or marketing specialty doesn’t matter; what matters is that you want to help.

In 2018, the agency donated more than 450 hours, and contributed more than $14,000 to help organizations and communities around the Valley.

In 2018, OH Cares meant:
• More than 483 volunteer hours served
• 201 signups to volunteer their time 
• Over $9,000 raised for the March of Dimes and contributed a total $14,000 to other organizations in the form of donations 

Of course, our emphasis on community extends beyond special causes and events. OH works with many local nonprofit clients including the Tempe Community Action Agency (TCAA), Special Olympics Arizona, Kid in the Corner and Fiesta Bowl Charities. These nonprofits offer life-changing opportunities around Arizona whether it’s giving self-reliance to the economically vulnerable through TCAA, making monetary donations to fulfill the wishes of teachers through Fiesta Bowl Charities, or bringing inclusivity to a variety of sports for athletes with intellectual disabilities through Special Olympics Arizona.

Through our skills and expertise, OH Partners has helped these Valley nonprofits maximize their visibility and impact. From one-of-a-kind campaigns that help land critical additional funding to generating public awareness for impactful community initiatives through earned media, OH Partners is dedicated to supporting non-profit clients and their missions.

Supporting our community in as many ways as possible is vital to the pulse, and the success, of our company. The agency’s dedication to giving back to the community is even included in our purpose statement:

    I have been working at OH Partners full-time (More than 3 years)


    Throughout my time at OH, I've been able to grow professionally and personally. They truly value their employees as individuals, not just cogs in the machine. I never thought I would have a career in advertising (let alone a career), but since I've been at OH, I've been able to map out my entire future.

    OH does is fantastic at making sure the culture within the agency is healthy and fun. The quarterly off-sites give employees a transparent view at what's going on with the upper management and the overall wellbeing of the company. Health benefits are great, PTO is amazing, work-life balance is great considering the industry (there are still late nights but, c'mon, this is advertising).

    The agency also holds yearly reviews that allows employees to voice their accomplishments as well as what they want/need from the company. It's a great way to keep everyone honest.

    OH Partners also does a great job at training their employees. People get sent to conferences, creative boot camps, etc., on top of a 4A's program that employees have access to to learn more about their interests in advertising.

    As far as the partners go, Brad has done an incredible job taking the agency from a small, 25-person shop into the #1 agency in Phoenix. Matt O. and Scott have hustled continuously to keep the new business flowing in, and Matt Moore has been integral at keeping the award-winning creativity in OH top notch. In fact, all management does a great job at keeping the agency not just afloat, but powering forward.


    The current layout of the office makes it feel like everyone is on top of each other. The partners seem to be working with the building to help us expand, which is super helpful.

    The noise can get a little out of hand, but for the most part, it's kept under control.

    Sometimes people get taken advantage of, especially those who are real go getters.

    Favoritism seems to be an issue in some departments, but nothing too unfair.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work. Everything seems to be coming up roses right now.
