    I worked at OHO full-time

    Pros

Management that actively pursues ways to improve the business, the work/life balance, and working for them in general. Great people, cool location.

    Cons

Not as progressive and innovative as some other agencies, mostly by choice, but is also limited by working mostly in one vertical that doesn't always allow for the most exciting work

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OHO.

    Interview

Straightforward interview process - spoke with about four people in the company. Each interviewer was late from a few minutes up to half an hour. It all seemed a little unprofessional.

    Interview Questions

    Reasons for Declining

Low salary, only two weeks vacation, limited opportunity for advancement.
