Founder - Elijah Medge

With a constant focus on expansion, the firm has adopted a popular and proven Management Training model that is based on the sole pillars of superior work ethic, great attitude and student mentality. We provide our team with a fun and energetic atmosphere and motivate them with development opportunities in a strict non-seniority based business structure. We promote the accomplishment of goals and allow people to reach their true potential with unLTD growth. Experience is valuable, but not necessary due to our thorough training, hands on approach, and on-going education. Our intention is for our representatives to fully grasp and excel in every aspect of a winning marketing firm.

Entry Level Account Representative

This is the initial phase of our company, and where we require all our employees to begin and truly develop the understanding of our business approach. Account managers are trained to deal with business vendors face-to-face and perform small business presentation. They adapt to a fast-paced marketing environment in a highly saturated commercial market. Sales are the foundation of any business and our intention is to develop the strongest foundation in our team.

Marketing Team Leader

As a team leader, the main duties include coaching, training, and mentorship. Leaders become skilled in delegating responsibilities and overseeing production. The key to develop as an asset in our business is leading by example. Highly effective leaders are rewarded with opportunity to oversee their personal marketing teams.

Assistant Manager

Assistant managers are taught essential components of running a business. They are trained on administration, human resources, directing meetings, and correspondence with the client's business development tram. Traveling to branch offices and overseeing large groups of people helps assistant managers fully develop into potentially successful regional managers.

Regional Manager

The regional managers in the organization are the direct liaison between the clients and their consumers. They oversee marketing branches and provide fundamentals to their teams to acquire new accounts and generate revenue. They are in direct control of all day-today operations and help strategize the expansion and financial goals of our organization.

    If you are looking to challenge yourself in an environment that encourages both professional and personal growth, OLN Inc will definitely give you that opportunity. Positions that involve commissions and sales tend to bring out the fear in people, yet always allow them to reap the best rewards. I'm so glad I trusted the training system that has proven success, worked hard, and gave myself a chance to work outside my comfort zone.

    Advice to potential candidates: Go meet the team and make a decision based off the first hand experience you have. Think about the goals you want to achieve long term and see how it aligns with the growth opportunities offered.


    Progressive success is based on everyone working towards the same goal. If anyone on the team is stuck or choosing not to move forward, it holds up the rest of the team.

    I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OLN.


    The company is rather small than I expected, but the interview with their president can be a good experience. Those who are looking for a position as a sales person and a place to get promotion, that might be a good place. But I am not looking for a position like that, so I just declined the offer.
