    Positive Outlook

I have been working at OLR full-time

    Pros

-Best in industry in the areas they work
-Feel cared for, not just another consultant
    -Great benefits
-Able to learn the latest products and technologies
-At least in North America senior leadership communicates well with the entire team about what is going on in terms of sales, industry challenges/trends, etc. with full transparancy

    Cons

The retail industry has been tough lately so there has been shifting in required skillsets away from core merchandising to point of sale

    Advice to Management

Continue to communicate well with the company. Try to keep our benefits the same if you can as having full coverage is really appreciated.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OLR (Bengaluru (India)) in January 2017.

    Interview

first, a consultancy organisation called for confirmation of skillsets and help to contact to the main company for further interview process. HR of the company called later to confirm the interview schedule. Skype interview took place later which was based on technical skills. some days later, went for another techno+HR round at organisation's workplace. got the offer letter on the next day of the final interview.
