Friction between departments can ruin what is otherwise a friendly place to work.
Advice to Management
More evenly give credit to those that help in the great work produced.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OMD UK (London, England (UK)).
Had initial interview with recruiter, then interview with two hiring managers, was an enjoyable interview but no feedback received from recruiter even after repeated requests. Every interview should be a learning experience so I was extremely dissatisfied with not receiving any feedback whatsoever.
