I have been working at ONEIDA TOTAL INTEGRATED ENTERPRISES full-time

    Pros

OTIE is a great place to be. It's got plenty of interesting, challenging work lined up and a talented staff to handle it. The company is relatively small (compared to AECOM or AMEC for example) so you really get to establish a sense of community with your fellow staff members and management alike. You aren't a number at OTIE and there is always someone you can ask for help if you need it. OTIE does a great job of making you feel like an important member of their team.

    Cons

Projects tend to be large and last a long time so you may not get to see a project through from start to finish

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ONEIDA TOTAL INTEGRATED ENTERPRISES (Milwaukee, WI) in August 2015.

    Interview

As I was returning to OTIE following the closure of Sullivan, I was contacted by past colleagues to assist on current projects. We agreed that I would assist the current Corp. Safety and Health Manager and report to him as well as assist and report to various projects managers as project needs dictate.

    Interview Questions

    • Negotiated on an hourly rate and start date that met both of our time frames. Agreed on the timing of submitting for a drug screen test at the local clinic in order to start ASAP.   1 Answer
