Mission: As a responsible corporate citizen, ONEOK provides reliable energy and energy-related services in a safe and environmentally responsible manner to our stakeholders.
I have been working at ONEOK full-time (More than a year)
They're flexible with work-life balance. The benefits are good and they care about their employees. They also provide training opportunities.
Advancement opportunities seem somewhat narrow. I was up for a new position but not really given any direction as to what I would be doing or compensation information before I accepted it. I denied it and stayed where I am now.
Advice to Management
Take notice and care of your employees. You have some good people that work here.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ONEOK (Tulsa, OK) in February 2017.
About a 30 minute phone interview with a recruiting coordinator. Basic questions about my background and experience. Was given a chance to ask as many questions about the position as I wanted.
