I worked at OPENonline full-time (More than a year)
Flexible work hours, standard benefits, quality product and good customer service. Has an advantage by being local provider with good data.
Management doesn't have a firm grasp on how to motivate and retain quality employees. Due to small stature, offering doesn't always line up well vs competitors. Like many small companies, doesn't invest enough in marketing and product development.
Advice to Management
Several long time employees are holding back the potential growth of the company. These employees are not friendly or pleasant to work with.
I applied online. I interviewed at OPENonline.
Overall flawed, disorganized and fairly unprofessional, surprisingly picky given the salary range and definitely got the "we're world class" when, they're not, don't offer enough $$$-wise and can't seem to find anyone to fill the role because of this. I mark it as neutral, because at least they were pleasant.
