I have been working at OPSWAT full-time (More than a year)
I joint OPSWAT in 2016. Have to admit that it's a little nervous to see some people leave, but this actually happens to most big companies. I works very closely with the CEO. He is a smart and passionate guy, and I feel very comfortable and pleased to work with him. He always treats me well like giving me a lot of freedom to test my campaigns and offering me different options to grow my career. Since my family is not in the United States, I have to go back to my country. He still tries to keep me as employees. I would say OPSWAT is more like for people who know their areas very well or who know how to grow it. If you are like these people, you will get a lot of trust and feel comfortable to work at OPSWAT.
Like many it companies, its fast paced environment and need to take time to study their products. Sometimes might get more workloads but you can always ask for help
Advice to Management
My pleasure to work with you guys, keep in touch for the future opportunities :)
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at OPSWAT (San Francisco, CA) in November 2016.
The interview was straightforward and the hiring manager was very pleasant. The role seemed like a good fit and I was mostly positive about the opportunity. However, the hiring manager reached out to someone on my management team at my current employer without asking, who then told others. This caused some discomfort in my current work environment.
