Immediate supervisor support was excellent,fantastic work environment with good team.
Good enhancement of knowledge n skills.
Both promotional growth n monetary growth is stagnant. Moreover,u need to work on others assigned job but the compensation or benefit will be given to the person whose work you are doing n its done on the order,support n presence of the senior management.The senior level management utilizes the person by asking to deliver more n more but the person doesn't get his return at the time of appraisal.
Advice to Management
Communication gap between the HO Senior management and the base level employees. There should be a confidential desk where the base level employees can send their grievances,complains n suggestions regarding any thing happening at their respective branches n identity should be strictly kept hidden.It should be one to one communication.If possible,their should be one to one sessions with the Senior management (HO) and the employee who has decided to resign to know the actual reason of resignation n if possible to retain the long tenured persons who has given their 100% to the company throughout the work tenure.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at ORIX (Kuching, Sarawak (Malaysia)) in November 2016.
Fill application form, face to face interview and lastly essay writing test about opportunities and threats of Malaysia economy (How government and private sector measure the opportunity & overcome the threats)
