I have been working at ORS Partners full-time (More than a year)
ORS has a successful business model and a great reputation in the industry. I feel like I am treated as a professional and trusted to get my job done without being micromanaged. The work life balance is great. I have not participated in many of the employee events - due to schedule - but they do a great job of offering fun events. Management is very accessible and makes you feel welcome and valued.

Advice to Management
Keep up the great work. There are quite a few employees within the organization that are new to the industry. It is important to provide them with great leaders/ mentors who will help them establish good habits aimed at success.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ORS Partners (Audubon, PA) in March 2014.
Found application online, filled out and followed up with an e-mail. Phone interview followed along with a face to face interview, and meet and greet with the management team and then official documents were signed and intern position was solidified.
