Advice to Management
Very unprofessional way of interview. In JD they ask more than 2 modules are sufficient, where as they expect the knowledge of all the tracks. Interviewer knows about the candidate in just 5 minutes with couple of questions. He/ She is not patient to listen / complete the answer. Please don't people of interviews if you really don't have time/ patience to listen to them even. Cutting the answers/ sitting impatiently in a chair discomforts the interviewee.
If your intention is to know only what modules the candidate knows, we have a facility called as phone. Please use that , don't call to waste candidate's time as well.
Expecting some sort of professionalism from HR s as well. Rude behavior is seen on call couple of times. Looks like there is no transparency in what is communicated to the candidate.
