    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at OSU Medical Center (Tulsa, OK) in October 2015.

    Interview

I received the pre-interview call about a week after I applied, which lasted roughly 5 minutes and consisted of general interview questions.

The actual interview consisted of 2 parts; interview with the manager of the floor, which lasted about 30/45 minutes. The manager asked general questions about myself, and made casual conversation while explaining the pro/cons of the position.

The 2nd part was the peer interview, with the charge nurse and 2 CNA's. They had a list of questions to ask, which were again just general interview questions. "Describe a time when you faced an angry customer, how did you handle it?"

After that, they call me about 3 hours later and offered me the position.

    Interview Questions

    • Very general interview questions.
How often were you late at your previous job?
      How do ou handle stress?
      What's your best/worst attribute?
