What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not. Interview
Very relaxed. Interviewer was personable and genuinely interested in learning about who I was and what interested me. He shared a lot about how the company functions and why he thought my strengths were important. I ultimately didn't receive an offer, but my interviewer sent a personal message explaining why they had chosen another candidate which was a nice touch.
