    One on one phone interviews with the President, email correspondence with the entire staff and a personal kind of 1st meeting (mutual) at Starbucks, which was really cool.

    Reasons for Declining

    The hours were not right for me. The flexibility of working in the office and from home was challenged and the starting salary was lower than expected even though I was offered a 30% increase within 6 months. It was a created position and had to be approved by the Board of Commissioners..
