Lax management, no issues with running a few minutes late, high start out pay. If you give respect they'll return it. Troy relevant, I haven't been elsewhere.
The building has a foundry in it. So it's hot during summer, the metal powder sticks to you. You have to wear respirators at times which will cook you. Despite the heat challenge, they rely on their employees to their full potential due to a low number of workers.
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Oerlikon (Hempstead, NY) in July 2016.
Unorganized. HR asked questions that she wanted to make herself look good.
HR department is a mess. Unprofessional and in utter confusion. Mentioned that turnover is high! Do not interview here it is a waste of time.
