I worked at OfficeTeam part-time (More than a year)
If you show merit, they will find you jobs, and get you the best wages they can. Jobs are usually just the right level of challenging to keep one interested. They also accommodate a lot of specific requests, (for instance, I didn't want to work anything that dealt directly with customers, so they would find jobs more in the back office areas).
It's temporary work. At the end of one job, they'll try hard to find you another job ASAP, but sometimes there's just not one available for a few weeks. Other times, they'll get a job that needs to be filled *yesterday* so you can feel like you're dropping everything to get a job without much prep.
Advice to Management
None really, they do a great job overall for what kind of work they provide. I've never had to deal with a bad work environment through them, always got fair pay, and benefits are available even for part timers. Seems to me they're doing everything pretty close to right.
I applied online. I interviewed at OfficeTeam.
Someone called me about using their services. They were very unprofessional and unorganized. The person wanted to schedule an in-person interview, but couldn't seem to schedule anything for the following week. Instead he said to call 1-2 days before. He also said that there would be an e-mail confirmation, but nothing was sent.
