I worked at Ogilvy Public Relations full-time

    Pros

Collaborative environment, smart people to work with - inspired creativity!

    Cons

Very long hours, some managers were not pleasant to work for

    Advice to Management

Don't keep people as managers that shouldn't be managing people! It sends the good people out the door quickly

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Ogilvy Public Relations (San Francisco, CA) in March 2015.

    Interview

First submitted an application a few weeks later an interview was conducted via skype. Then I received an offer to go to Super Saturday at their San Francisco office. Unlike their NY associate program they only cover $250 of travel expenses and the expenses amounted to about $1000 between airfare and hotel accomodations. The Super Saturday consisted of several rounds including an interview, two group "projects" and a presentation
