Collaborative environment, smart people to work with - inspired creativity!

    Cons

Very long hours, some managers were not pleasant to work for

    Advice to Management

    Interview

There is a long and extensive application process via online--three essays, two recs, resume and cover letter. Two skype interviews after applying online. Followed by in-person all day Super Saturday experience. It took roughly 3 months as a whole process from application to in person interview.

    Interview Questions

    • Lots of hypothetical experience questions with follow-up: "When was a time that you were in a difficult situation and had to stand up for yourself"   Answer Question
