Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. Constant changes but most are for the best. Company is constantly making processes easier for customer and employees. Long hours and overtime is often necessary in order to finish daily tasks

Spend more time in a branch, listen to your employees and find solutions to day-to-day problems
