Ability to work outside within nature. The people who use the park give a lot of positive feedback. Money for college is available.
Horrible management. Shrinking budget. Shrinking labor force but same expectations for the quality of services provided. Promotional opportunities are nearly non-existent.
Advice to Management
Look in house to see who can do what jobs best and utilize those people for that purpose. Develop a training program for managers similiar to what companies do where the manager will work in a different part of the system for several months to get a good understanding of what happens from the bottom up.
