I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Ohio State University Physicians, Inc (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online by submitting a resume and cover letter and received an email two days later requesting a telephone interview. The Recruiter asked what days and times would work best for my schedule and she arranged to conduct the telephone screening a few days after our email communication. The Recruiter was very friendly and described the position in great detail as well as the background of the Company. The research that I had conducted prior the screening was not necessary, but I wanted to be prepared. Typical questions such as Why Should we Hire You? Tell me some strengths, Tell me about a weakness and how you have made improvements, Are you a leader or follower? none of these were asked. Basically, I had to explain how my skills and qualifications matched the job posting.Describe how my HR background relates to recruiting candidates.
