Nice people I guess but not worth your time
Too much office politics, not fair payment, family run company people in family make more part time than full time employees
Advice to Management
Pay your people because you'll never retain millennials with the cheapness, idk if you know what entry level jobs are looking like
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Oil-Dri (New York, NY) in October 2016.
Over call, typical HR Screening, No response post interview screening, was asked basic HR q's and questions from resume. The HR should at least have the courtesy to say NO to the candidate so as to have some closure
