    I worked at Oilgear full-time

    Pros

    Good people to work for. Average or slightly above average pay. Decent health insurance. Tough decisions had to be made to keep the business afloat so no hard feelings.

    Cons

    Lots of turmoil, not a lot of information sharing about company news. Troubling period of management changes.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to deal the cards you were dealt. It will get better.
