I have been working at Oklahoma Department of Human Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The work is rewarding and the people I work with are friendly. Management listens to our concerns. Benefits are okay but could be better.

    Cons

Too many changes makes it hard to learn the job. Too much paperwork. Benefits need to be improved. If you have a family with average medical needs you will spend thousands out ogmf pocket for medical.
