    Existe un proceso que ayuda a recursos humanos decidir si eres capaz para el puesto al que aplicas o no. Lo primero es una entrevista con alguien de recursos humanos, en esa entrevista te hacen hablar inglés para saber ya de entrada si tenés base, luego te hacen algunas preguntas sobre tu experiencia y demás, luego te mandan 2 exámenes, 1 formulario y 4 capítulos de trailhead para que completes, luego se viene la entrevista con el profesional senior del área al que estás postulando y luego de esa entrevista toca pasar referencias de jefes anteriores, y por último la negociación de sueldo si es que pasaste todo y te aceptaron.

In mid-March 2020, all of our teams across Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and West Virginia began to work from home. As vaccines become more widely available in our locations, we are starting to reopen. We have been able to work remote throughout the pandemic and will continue to provide this as an option to our team post-pandemic. Of course, we always look forward to spending time with our family members, so we will maintain office locations to enable flexibility and community. Onboarding is done in the office (or remotely in locations where, due to the pandemic, we have not yet been able to open a physical office). Despite the challenges faced by economies globally, we have seen many of our innovative customers pivot to adapt to these changes. We are growing faster than ever, still hiring in all locations. In 2021, we expanded into Colombia and we look forward to continued growth in 2022.
