Mission: Olathe Health is focused on improving the health of all individuals in the communities we serve by providing compassionate, quality healthcare in an environment of trust and collaboration.
I have been working at Olathe Health full-time (Less than a year)
The atmosphere is so warm and caring. Everyone is kind and welcoming. The staff works well as a team and the management work well with my schedule! I enjoy coming to work
So far I don’t have any cons!
I applied online. I interviewed at Olathe Health.
Positive Normal interview process. I had
Two interviews before landing the position, but after the second time it didn’t take long to hear back from the Human Resources person. The interview was laid back and not super formal, reading from a list of questions or anything. It was a smooth flowing conversation about prior experience and the position involved.
The newest Cancer Center in the Kansas City area, which includes the Linear Accelerator for even more precise targeting and treatment of tumors & radiation equipment to treat women with gynecological cancers and certain types of breast cancers using Brachytherapy. In addition to the new oncology equipment, Olathe Health is the first cancer center in the Kansas City metro to have a tissue analysis tool for early diagnosis of lymphedema, or swelling, in cancer patients.
The cancer center includes a radiation therapy suite, an infusion therapy suite, a cancer rehabilitation room, an appearance center and boutique, a cantina with affordable food options and a healing garden. Cancer patients and staff provided input into the design of the center and local products were used throughout.
