Mission: Olathe Health is focused on improving the health of all individuals in the communities we serve by providing compassionate, quality healthcare in an environment of trust and collaboration.
I worked at Olathe Health full-time (More than 8 years)
Management treated everyone fairly; benefits were very good;
The Hospice/Home Health department got moved to another building that is across the street from the hospital, therefore making it difficult in going back and forth all the time from one building to another one for our Hospice meetings each week.
Advice to Management
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Olathe Health (Lenexa, KS) in January 2017.
Did a phone interview first. Then went to office to interview with the different managers. Nice interview process. Asked appropriate questions to find out my knowledge and back ground. Everyone is still very nice!
