    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Old National Bancorp (Jackson, MI).

    Interview

You will speak to the HR recruiter first for a phone screening. Then an in persson interview with Regional Sales Director..
    It eas a long process.
The here wasn't any negotiation on the banks side. I was told by the HR recruiter the bank doesn't pay a competitive salary and I could take the offer or leave it. She was quite rude. I should of left it. True indication of how the company culture is.
