Great food and people. A unique environment.
At my location servers have to make their own salads, deserts, soups as well as take care of the carry out orders, and car side to go. Other servers a different restaurants do a lot less for a lot more money.
Advice to Management
At the busiest times of the week, a person that makes salad's for the server would be beneficial.
I applied online. I interviewed at Olga's Kitchen (Novi, MI) in June 2015.
Just asked me dumb questions to make it sound like they were interviewing me but later that manager that hired me told me he just calls people in for interviews to see if they are good looking or not which is creepy and wrong and probably why we have lazy workers.
