I worked at Olive Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This company is constantly changing and it's now split and now part is operating as Restrata

The pay is a bit better if your from Asia but not if you're from UK or Europe

    - nice sea view
    - nice employees but most are looking for new jobs

    Cons

    - dysfunctional organisation
    - executive leadership team are unprofessional, uncoordinated and constantly dispute with one other
    - demotivated staff who are badly neglected
    - constant changes to organisation structure
    - meetings are set up, double booked and people don't show up
    - expected to work over hours and beyond your job description
    - staff do not get paid if the company has money issues that month
    - small dingy office
    - nil investment in staff
    - racism is rife
    - I could not believe the racist bullying I witnessed on the office floor infront of everyone
-big division between the British and everyone else
    - people are not promoted on merit
    - disorganised
    - try to cram in too much and chase profit over quality
    - lack of infrastructure that you would expect in any company i.e. no HR team
    - most of the staff have no idea of whats going on
    - the MD is dismissive disorganised and totally unqualified for the position
    - office is in a rundown tower that is over used and you have to queue for the lifts and are squashes amongst the many Chinese staff from the Huawei company which takes up most of the other floors
    - office is crammed, with small desks and plenty of clutter and dirty stained carpets
-constant financial cut backs i.e. reducing the number of phone desks
