Easy and not too mentally challenging.
simple task, however no guidance.
The manger is undertrained, in result so are you. Unclear on what any of the correct processes of allies. Not a place to work long.
Advice to Management
Respect employees and invest training into your employees so they can thrive in the environment, and it might help the corporation .
I applied online. I interviewed at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet (Louisville, KY) in June 2017.
Initially had a phone screening interview. The 15 minute phone interview was comprised of basic background and experience questions. Next step was the video conference interview with a company recruiter and asked job specific questions and questions about past employment and education experiences.
I would not recommend this company to professional loss prevention managers. I was assured many times, in fact was promised that I would hear back from the LP leadership if I was chosen to proceed to the next stop or if they decided to go with another candidate and never even received an email one way or the other. The interview process was also unprofessional in that the recruiter did not even know how to use Facetime for the video conference. Do not recommend.
