  • Great place to work, but room for improvement.

I worked at Olson (Less than a year)

Great accounts and clients. Opportunity to be creative and strategic. Strong culture. Lots of opportunity for growth, especially if you started at the entry level. 'Hands on' learning/working environment.

Lack of senior level leadership. Clicky culture. High turnover. Room for improvement on salary/compensation, raises and bonuses. Not enough professional development/training opportunities outside of client work. Not enough cross-office collaboration.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Olson (Minneapolis, MN) in April 2015.

Recruited me online, basic questions, 4 hours long. I met with for to five people...pretty informal..they just wanted to make sure you were outgoing and smart. They recruited me and showed me a tour of the office and where and who I would be working with. Beautiful office.
