I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Olympic Community Action Programs (Portland, OR) in Mar 2016

    Interview

I was asked questions to determine why I chose to work for the specific Non Profit Organization. The next questions were ones to determine my teaching styles and flexibility working with staff.
I was presented with a typical classroom challenge and with asked how I would problem solve the issue at hand.
    Interview

Why do you want to work for this company. What do you hope to accomplish while you are here with us. List 5 adjectives that coworkers would use to describe your work style. How would you meet this challenging scenario and how would you defuse the escalating behavior..
