The roots of the company are pretty old school, so is its perception in the market place. Though there are plenty of "digital" services to offer, the costs are fairly high considering clients tend to put you in a commodity box and beat you up on price when they're used to just paying for printing. While we have great resources available to us from corporate, the culture at Olympic is definitely on the hoky side and is hard be received and embraced as an innovative product resource to new and existing customers.
