Point system is additional stress
Advice to Management
Don't hire people you need to babysit ... If they aren't there to work fire them... Too much time is spent watching this person's hours breaks calls . Too much time is spent with employees who have bad attitudes and no intention of selling anything.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Omaha Steaks (Omaha, NE) in October 2017.
On a Wednesday I filled out an application online (in the omaha steaks parking lot) I went in 5 mins later to "follow up" They had me interview with Tyler almost immediately and I was hired within 30 minutes. He had me complete a background screening and sign papers with the human resource dept. And I started training the following Monday.
