Interview
Interviewed with a director and she was eating during the interview. Really funny. Her excuse was she wanted a casual conversation. Would it have been a casual conversation if I was also eating during the interview? It was so distracting. Interviews don’t seem to know what they want. Also the process flow is really strange. Imagine your first interview is with a senior manager and then your next interview is with a junior manager. Who is more senior?The basic everyday interview questions.
