The management team only needs to keep up the great job they are already doing.
very casual and informal...there was a phone screen, an onsite conference room interview with one person, I had to wait a month before I was offered the job. No on the job training. I was shown to my desk, given an archaic ACT! database and told to start making calls...it was a joke.
