I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OmniCable (O'Fallon, MO) in Jun 2016
InterviewI met with the sales manager for my initial interview which went really well. I then received a follow up interview with the district manager. In these interviews I was showed around the building and they each lasted roughly an hour. I was told a decision would come in a week. After not receiving a call, I reached out and was told it would be another week. After more than a week passed I followed up once again and did not receive any response nor ever got a phone call or email regarding the position. This was very disappointing, especially after two long interviews that went seemingly well. I think to not even send an email is poor a business practice.
