OmniCable, an employee-owned company (ESOP), is a master distributor of specialty wire and cable sold exclusively through electrical and electronic distribution. Our 12 locations nationwide can cut and ship material same day for delivery or pickup.  We offer access to our inventory 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our employee-owners are all working towards the same goal, which is our mission statement: To be the best supplier of specialty cable, related products, and services to the electrical wholesale industry while providing our customers, vendors, and employees the absolute best in products, services, and career opportunities.

What We Do

OmniCable stocks specialty wire and cable that electrical distributors often do not inventory. These types of cables come in a wide variety of constructions and sizes. Here at OmniCable, we take master reels of wire and cable and cut them down to size to meet the quantity needs of the electrical distributor.
In addition, OmniCable offers solutions to meet demands for lead times, projects, training, technical assistance, and more.

What is an ESOP?

An ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is an employee retirement plan in which the employees of a company own stock in the company. OmniCable has been an ESOP company since 1998.

    Round robin format with upper management interviewees. Behavioral/situational style questions and allowed for a lot of individual discussion of management style and thoughts on growing the business and coaching sales professions for success.
