I have been working at OmniTRAX full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A great opportunity to be apart of a growing company that takes on very interesting projects. Along with that, there is great opportunity to grow within the company. The overall work culture is quickly improving and has become a positive over the last 6 months.

    Cons

OmniTRAX is a very thin company, there is always plenty of work (and then some) to go around. There has been recent commitment from the senior level to help improve this.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at OmniTRAX (Denver, CO) in June 2015.

    Interview

One on one with the manager and then her manager joined us. It was not tedious and there were no questions that were out of the normal expected questions I have been asked when interviewing. It felt rather casual and short but there was no real discussion of benefits, expectations, attire, payment, hours.

    Interview Questions

    • Elaborate on your experience working in a legal environment? Do you have a law degree? Do you have any experience working in railroads or with real estate? Do you enjoy learning new things? How are you with maintaining files and online databases?   Answer Question
