   I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Omnicom Group (United States)

   This is a comment on the recruitment process, not the interview (salary was not a fit, and there likely would have been other issues if I'd continued; will not move to interviews). I had a recruiter reach out to me and schedule a call. I got to ask one question about the role to clarify what they were looking for since the title and first requirement bullet were inconsistent, the rest of it I felt like I was being drilled for information. I got the sense my answers didn't matter, because we would immediately move into their next question after I'd finished the last. The recruiter also asked me my preferred name, and they proceeded to call me the incorrect name in their very next sentence.

   Typical screening questions. What's your experience, what specifically did you do at those roles, what are you looking for in your next role, have you managed people before. Search-specific: How do you feel about the new ad types (they aren't really new), have you used campaign management platforms, what budgets have you worked with, etc.
